Went in on 7 -14 talked to Shannon she took all my info and scheduled me on 7-18. My car needed a lot of work. They do very thorough inspection of all areas of car then e- mail results.After you review you call and authorize repairs talk to owner of 34 yr. business. All work was completed and mechanic's are top notch and thorough. I would recommend to family and friends.

This was my first time using Nerger’s Auto Service in Bound Brook. I had a wheel alignment done there. I made an appointment to come in with the car. They have an oversized comfortable waiting area with couches, but they won’t let you wait. They take everyone home and then come back to pick you up when your car is ready. The won’t tell you how long the service will take or when they will come to get you. I have never experienced any service center that operates that way. They did the work for a reasonable price and are recommended by Costco so that’s in their favor.

Replace window regulator.

We have been in business for 34 years and trying to make sure that every single customer leaves happy with our service. We hire the best technicians, use good quality parts, great warranty and do a whole bunch of extras for our customers to make them happy and come back. It is frustrating when you go through the process that we go through every day to make happy customers and someone is not satisfied. Three times we told said if you are not happy with the price than we would rather not do the job then have a unhappy customer when you leave. Three times he said "No I Want You To Do the Job". All I can say is that we will keep trying everyday to give people the best service that they can get anywhere! Sorry Dan that you were not satisfied. Brian Nerger
