I had taken my Hyundai Sonata for service for and oil change and they suggested an alignment. I was told the car needs tires. I was able to get tires in GA. No alignment. When I got to NJ. I Googled and Nergers came. I went there at 7 am. They where very nice and was going to fit me in. In addition to the alignment he said the tires needed to be balanced or I have a bad tire. The balancing and the alignment was done and we are very pleased. I have my daughter the card to use them if she has any issues. They have the best mechanics. Very satisfied customer. Great people.

They took the time to clearly explain the issues with my car, provided a detailed report, and helped me prioritize the repairs based on what needed attention first. Since I was only planning to keep the car for a few more months, they worked with me to save money rather than push unnecessary services. I appreciated this honesty What was also great was the thoughtful follow-up. They sent a handwritten card thanking me for my business and a scratch-off card as a small token of appreciation, a nice touch you rarely see these days. This isn’t a discount shop, but you absolutely get what you pay for: honesty, experience, and exceptional service. I will return here in the future
