Nerger's Auto Care company is a lifesaver! My wife and I are in the United States Air Force and we recently got stuck with car trouble driving from New York to Virginia. It was the weekend and we were in between assignments with a mandatory flight from Virginia to England set for the following Tuesday. Nerger's was the only company willing and able to fix our problem. Every one else told us that the time frame was too unreasonable. The other company's were correct for saying so, but Nerger's listened to my issue, made me a priority, fixed my issue for a more than reasonable price. They are the sole reason we were able to make our mission on time. Nerger's Auto Care's premier service to customers had a direct affect on me, my wife, and our four kids, and the continued success of the United States Air Force. In all of our years in the military (42 years total), we have never experienced greater customer service. Thank you Nerger's Auto Care for your care and professionalism! Went here today because my car wouldn't start yesterday morning. Brian was able to diagnose the issue and fix it by the end of the day, and his dad picked me up to give me a ride back to the shop to pick up my car. I'm very happy with the service and feel that the pricing was fair. I will definitely go here for any future issues I have with my vehicle.

This place sucks. Don't believe all the fake Bought reviews on here. only the bad ones are real. First off to disabled an alarm took 6 hours and was $130, second guess what went off the next day? MY ALARM! and then claimed it was just a haywire which also took another six hours. they also STOLE all my coins from my car just to show you how trusted they are. Im now scared something else will be wrong with my car that they did on purpose so i come back. but i won't. please save your time and money and don't come here.

brian and team were a pleasure. had to get a tire mounted on my MB during my lunch break so was a little strapped for time. with no appointment, called to see if they could fit me in. surprisingly, they said i could bring it in and i was in and out in no time flat.

Once again, great service! Had two fuel lines that had gotten rusty over the years, but they were fixed in one day!

I brought my car to Nerger's after an out-of-state mechanic incorrectly installed parts on my car causing it to overheat. I was only in town for a couple of days, but Brian fit my complicated job into the bay and had it to me in record time. On my drive home, I stopped checking the gauges because it was clear that Nerger's Auto Express had done the job the RIGHT way. Highly recommended!

Dear: Nerger This is a first for me, excellent knowledge and customer service from an owner. I had over 35 cars in my life and still counting and I never was able to find a mechanic nor a owner that a exact solution from my problem until Nerger's. My problem was infinti M35 that my auto body guy in Brooklyn install the front nose cause it was hit in the front. When I delivery the car it was starting. Now when it was time to pick it was car wasn't recognizing the remote so the car could not start. The dealer said tow the car there and they would have to make a new remote and key. So $150x2 =tow 189=remote,139 for programming, 200 for extras =825 plus 49 tax=874.5. Nerger's has this specials that came to my house programmed my old remote and in 15 minutes the car was running for $220. Also remember if I had towed the car to the dealer on route one maybe it would have been done the next day. Thank you Thank you
