I visited Nergers yesterday for a pre-inspection oil change. I found the staff to be very hospitable and helpful. It did feel like a family experience. They pointed out some potential problems with my truck, but there was no pressure to take action immediately. I feel that finding a good, reliable mechanic is like finding a doctor or dentist that you are comfortable with. I will remain a customer.

Great service, very friendly. Scheduled me last minute on a Friday morning, even gave me a desk in the office to work from while I waited for my car to be serviced. I think they've secured a repeat customer.

Last month, April 2014, I had an accident that rendered my car useless. After calling the police to report the accident, I called Adnan at Nerger's. He was very reassuring and let me use his personal vehicle while searching for and finding a car that was in good condition and within my budget.He also worked with me on the financing. Brian, the owner has a great group of people working with him that make you feel like family. I cannot say enough good things about Nerger's. It really does break all the stereotypes of car repair nightmares and makes the experience enjoyable! Thanks to everyone there!

I went there for oil change, and tire change with my BMW 335d. This is an excellent service shop. The service manager is very knowledgable about BMW, very patient. You cannot resist the temptation of trusting him after a few minutes talking to him. His knowledge of BMW beats any body I talked to at BMW dealerships. Yes, you can serve money here; but you get more service with less money. Another thing is the rest area. I sat in the sofa and started wondering how to connect my laptop when the girl came to me with the password for the WIFI. She also said that I can use the desk top if I wanted. - I don't see this nice service at BMW service waiting area. I will go back for my other BMW.

Some of the best customer service I've experienced at an auto shop. They went out of their way to help me find an affordable solution to a seized up a/c compressor during a difficult financial time. It seems like their mechanical expertise is about average, though -- the failing a/c compressor could have been diagnosed before seizing (I had brought my car in a few weeks earlier due to the noise). That said, the repair service isn't anything less than I would expect anywhere else, and the customer service will keep me a returning customer.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience! I've been working on cars and dealing with auto shops for well over 10 years and I have never had as positive experience as I did with Nerger's. It might sound "cliche" but they really do treat you like family. From their pick-up/drop-off service, to their obvious care and pride in their work, you really are getting THE BEST!!!!!! I go back and forth between NJ and NY and I highly recommend them to anyone I know (or even stranger's I hear talking about car trouble, lol).

These guys are great! Came and got my car, fixed what was needed, without killing my pockets! They even came to get me to get my car! Exceptional service, will recommend.

My experiences with Nerger Auto Care have been exceptional. The people there are great, they treat you like family! Melissa and Adenon will do everything they can to make sure you leave happy. The owner Brian is also a fun guy to talk to if you have the time. They have a free standard 40 point diagnosis for every car that they work on which I love because paying a diagnosis fee is slightly annoying. The mechanics are experienced and will explain to you in detail what the problem with your car is. When you go here you receive excellent customer service. There are no shenanigans that go on here. I recommend this shop to anyone experiencing car problems. -Doug

I've been coming to Nerger's for about 1.5 years and it's been a great experience. When my check engine light came on last year, Nerger's replace my exhaust system quickly and was more than happy to give me a ride to the shop to get the car back. When the check engine light came on AGAIN 2 days later, they looked over the issue and quickly did some additional repairs at no charge that ended the problem. I like the fact they always prioritize the things that need to be repaired on the car. I've never seen an owner more accessible than Brian Nerger, and if you ask for him, he's always very happy to come out and make sure your stay is great. When I needed someone to look at my car quickly over lunch today, instead of dropping it off and waiting hours for a tech to look it over, Brian immediately went on a test drive with me, and the rattling problem was fixed in 30 minutes. When they replaced my entire exhaust last year when my check engine light came on,

Great experience here. I brought my car to them twice, once just for an inspection, and once for an engine mount replacement. Both times they've done a really thorough job and gave me a breakdown on my car's overall condition. When I needed to budget repairs, they created a schedule to help me prioritize what needed to be fixed over several weeks. ALSO, they gave me a free new tire when they discovered a leak after a road test - since they didn't know if it was caused by me or them, they swallowed the cost. I was all the more impressed with their honesty because it was a slow leak that I wouldn't have caught for a while. Even if I had, I wouldn't have thought to blame them, as the road where I live is strewn with nails and bolts and leaks are pretty common. I really appreciated the level of service they gave me.
