Thanks to the crew at Nerger's…did a great job with service and were upfront and honest about the work they were doing. They put aside another job to get my car taken care of that day and did the work on time as promised. Had a question about the car the next day and the mechanic who worked on the car came with me for a test drive and even showed me the older part that was very worn and would have likely caused MORE problems if they didn't fix it. Not many places would take the time to do that. Thanks for the great service!

The team at Nerger's Auto Express is wonderful. They installed a bicycle hitch to my wife's new Subaru Outback. It was my first visit and the reviews are true. They were knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The final cost was under the price initially quoted. Adnan and Brian provided me with a desk to remotely work with my laptop during the day as I was waiting for the installation to be completed. A nice clean job. It is fair to say that I will be a returning customer for my other automotive needs. Thanks guys.

Adnan was super courteous and upfront about what to expect. Repairs were made in a very timely manor. Shuttle brought me back to get the car and everyone involved was very friendly. Costs are fair and no repairs are made without a thorough explanation beforehand. What sets these guys apart is the fact that they are not robots. They prioritize what needs to be done and don't pressure you to do anything. I highly recommend this place as a Midwesterner who was very nervous to trust a shop in New Jersey.

A few Saturdays ago my daughter's car broke down on her way to work... She called to see who I could suggest it be towed to. We do not live in the same area and I wanted a garage closer to her home..., then I remembered Nerger's Auto Express. I had dealt with them a few years ago and had been very satisfied. There was someone there to accept the car until we could be contacted on Monday. It turned out to be such a positive experience. Every person we dealt with was pleasant and helpful. It had a lot wrong with it and several issues were safety issues.. but the service manager contacted us step by step carefully explaining their findings.. some instances were unusual circumstances do to a prior hit and run that required out of the box thinking and they found solutions....they also had a connection where she could rent a car at a reasonable amount within walking distance. I had not used them in a while due to distance but this experience recalled my positives past experiences and it was so nice to see they were still the same friendly, professional, experienced business I remembered from years ago..For a decision that had to be made in haste, while waiting for AAA we got lucky...this was the very best decision we could have made.

I am very particular about my car and where I will take it to be serviced. I took my car to Nerger's and was amazed and what great care they took of my care, and how they focused on doing what was right for the customer. I had an unexpected issue with my car one morning, and took it to Nerger's. I expected to be late to work because of the issue, but they drove me to my office while they worked on my car, then picked me back up at the end of the day. I returned to find my car, good as new. After getting the bill I was surprised to see how low the prices were. With excellent customer service and high quality work at competitive prices, I'll never take my car anywhere else.

I am in the car hobby, restoring and showing vintage Mustangs and competing in Solo I & II in a later model Mustang. I do most of the work on my vehicles BUT when I get backed up or I need work done that require tools I don't have (like AC work), the only place I go to is Nerger's. Over the years, Brian and his gang have repaired the AC systems on trucks and cars I've owned. Each vehicle comes back in the same or better condition than when I dropped it off, and the work done has been top notch. Nerger's is the only independent car repair place I've ever recommended to others.

I have to say that I am very happy with my new mechanic. This is the second time I have been to Nerger's and I will never let anyone else work on car. They are very honest, friendly, and the price is they gave me was awesome. I recommend Nerger's to anyone looking for a dependable and honest mechanic. They also go all out of their way to help you. They took me to work bright & early so I wouldn't be late & that was truly a blessing. I have found a mechanic for life!

I have always found Nerger's Auto to be very caring and thorough. They make sure that I understand what repairs are needed and show me why. Hands down absolutely the best auto care place to go to in central NJ. I can honestly say I will commute from a distance should I move out of the central NJ to have my cars serviced at Nerger's. I had a Volkswagen with a pretty messed up transmission. I feared the worst knowing that foreign cars repairs can get quite ugly. Throughout the entire process Brian, the owner, and the rest of his staff kept me updated and well informed each step of the repair process. They were extremely friendly and available for any questions when asked. Also, their pick-up/drop-off service is EXTREMELY useful and is provided at no cost. Good luck finding another place willing to provide this service for free at your convenience! When my repair was completed not only was I FLOORED at how extremely fair the pricing was, but my car drives BETTER than it ever did. Excellent auto care service I highly recommend to anybody in the area, and even if you are not, it is absolutely worth an extra couple mile drive. They are experts, and honest with their work. I've rambled on enough, but Nerger's absolutely has a lifetime customer in me.
