I hit a pot hole which caused a cracked on the radiator. I brought my car for repairs to another shop in which they charged 109.67 just to look at it (supposed diagnose) their hourly rate, nothing was mentioned when I first walked in, then they told me about the posting they have which you don't see unless you actually in the seating area. I called trying to see if they can do a better price but no luck, you can sense when they don't want to help. So I called Nerger's, and explained the situation to the Service Manager (Adnan Rashid), he was very pleasant and tried his best to help anyway possible without cutting corners. I ended up getting the car towed to Nerger's if I have done that in the first place I would have saved $180. Adnan took his time and in detail explained what was done to the car and what needed to be done in the future. I felt no pressure whatsoever. I will definitely go back to them, like he said "no surprises on the bill" Their service was EXCELLENT.

Great time with Nergers on my car repair, Had to do heater replaced and in addition they were very good in letting me know what all the other possible things which can be done and the way they presented things was good, it's not like putting a big list and say you have to do this to keep running instead doing a thorough analysis and listing which is must required and which may be done - Ah ok ..there was good professionalism in the way they handle the vehicle and the car !! I think I found a repair shop for need ...AAA approved and drop off service are add ons. I will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a good reliable auto repair shop around central jersey area ..

Nergers isnt messing around!!! I have 3 cars serviced here and they absolutely know what they are talking about. Ive had oil changes to major services and they do not disappoint. Friendly customer service but most importantly experienced, knowledgable staff and mechanics.

I own a late model Mercedes which has been serviced at Nerger's on a few occations. The service, professionalism, and quality of work have been consistently excellent.

I was referred to Nerger's Auto Express by a friend that I trust. He told me that Brian Nerger, and his auto repair shop, was someone that I could trust. I brought my car there because this morning, while trying to get my minivan out of a parking spot surrounded by deep snow I did something to cause the tail pipe to be hanging down in a not normal way. I was hoping that the problem was going to be fixed by a $30 bracket. Adnan, the Service Manager, brought me out to the car on the lift to show me that there was much more damage to the muffler and the pipe that connects it to the tail pipe. I was going to need to replace everything form the muffler back. Adnan gave me a very fair price with parts and labor, and gave me an extra discount because I was referred by a friend. I felt extremely well taken care of by all the people that work at Nerger's. Most importantly, I feel that I was dealt with honestly. There is nothing like having a car mechanic that you can trust to be honest with you. I have driven 60 miles before to go to my old mechanic after moving, just because I knew I could trust him to tell me what I really needed to fix on my car. This is my first time coming to Nerger's. I will be coming back and telling my friends to go there.

Was greeted warmly and treated very fairly at this shop. I would go back to Nerger's without a 2nd thought. 1st class repair shop.

The customer service is excellent and the work done is quality and timely - a combination that is rare in this business. Great group of people, I will be referring friends to them.

Once again Brian and his team are taking care of me in a professional way. I set up an appointment for road noise. They performed a thorough inspection of the van and identified a number of issues including the source of the noise. I was walked around the van and shown the exact cause as well as the other concerns they identified. Each of the repairs were prioritized for safety & necessity. We discussed which repairs I wanted to take care of now & which were to be put off to a later date. I handle many repairs on my own so I know the pricing was fair for the repairs to be done. As I waited for the Inspection to be completed I took advantage of their WIFI and got some work done on the computer. Every customer that came in was treated with respect and some took advantage of the free ride service Nerger's offers to neighboring towns. I give Nerger's Auto the Gold Medal for service in the Auto Care olympics.

Came across "Nerger's" on Google. I have an old Jimmy that was having break problems. First mechanic told us we had to replace the whole ABS computer and who knows how many hundreds I would have had to pay for that so looking for a second opinion I took it to Nerger's. I was treated with much care and kindness and they did everything they could to help me save money on the repair. (Which did not require a total ABS replacement)
