Getting any type of car repair during this pandemic is a daunting chore—viral/bacterial contamination, financial challenges—, but they did absolutely everything to make sure I felt secured and satisfied. The prices are fair, the quality of work is professional and done right (and they pick up/drop off and sanitize your car before and after the job) and the people running the place are very pleasant! It was a no brainer to refer them to family, friends, and co-workers and will definitely be my go-to place from now on.

So nice to join the Nerger repair family! Worried over how to safely get a slow tire leak repaired in this time of Covid 19, I was so pleased to have Nerger's be able to schedule my car needs immediately, with the added ease of an at home pick-up, drop-off, and the careful sanitizing of my vehicle’s touch points. What nice and pleasant service for any time, but especially appreciated in this time of uncertainty. So glad to now know Michelle and Brian, and will look forward to meeting them in person one day!

I just recently had my car serviced during the covid 19 situation . Response time and service was very good and professional. I’ve been going to Nergers for several years for both of my cars. However, this time- for the service that was completed, I felt that the price was extremely high. May have to think twice about going back again.

Suddenly early on a Sunday, my car died suddenly. I could not even shift it into neutral. The electronics and ALL! ..I had my car towed to Nergers and left my key and a note. Brian left a text for me early after opening Monday. Soon it was diagnosed and within the day it was fixed. (A bad cell caused short-out of battery -so it was replaced--I thought I would need an alternator -I never had a battery die SUDDENLY before). I was so glad they diagnosed it and fixed it so fast!! They also included a wellness check with good news!

I appreciated the total review and list of all.the issues my car had, and the fCt they did not pressure me to fix them all now!

They picked up my vehicle, checked it out and fixed it quickly and the price was very fair! They have gained a loyal customer!

I particularly loved the fact that they will drive you home and pick you up when your car’s done. I’ve never had that experience before. You can’t help but get spoiled after their service.

Pleasant staff, everything thoroughly explained. Offered a ride to/from their shop. Coffee in their lobby/waiting room - delicious!

I just left Nerger's with my 2007 Jeep Liberty. From start to finish the experience was professional, friendly and seamless. Shannon was kind, patient and efficient during the intake process. The 'Wellness Check' discovered concerns with the Jeep, that left uncovered, could have been detrimental to my vehicle. Tony and Jose patiently explained all the concerns and allowed me to make thoroughly educated decisions concerning the repairs. They made sure my Jeep was safe. I spent my career in customer service and I must say that Nerger's is Service Excellence at its best!! Libby is running great! Thank you all. Kathleen
