I initially had a great experience with Nerger's Auto, I needed a tow and they were the closes shop near by. Unfortunately I feel like I was taken advantage of, after they fixed the first issue they wanted me to come back and fix a number of issues, which I agreed to once I was told what was the ballpark for the prices were for each item. What bugged me the most was that they threw a $600 in labor cost, which would have been fine if it was a 6hr job but I checked the cameras in vehicle and they barely worked on it for 2hrs. When I asked about these charges they said something about them having the best mechanics money could buy. All in all I would not go back there unless I had no other choice.
