I called them from the side of the highway when a horrific noise started in a wheel well. They first asked questions to make sure the car was safe to drive. I pulled into the shop and they immediately took care of the issue, knowing that I travel all day for work and this was an emergency. Discovered it was a simple repair and got me back on the road in no time. Charged me an extremely fair price. This is exactly what people need in life! Great job Nerger's and thank you so much!

Best experience I ever had with an auto repair service . The entire staff is helpful, friendly and go out of their way to help. Explained everything and answered all my questions. Nergers is an honest, auto repair shop you can trust. Will have all my future repairs done here. They are also Costco certified, which says a lot. Costco only endorses the most reputable businesses. Highest recommendation!

I appreciated the total review and list of all the issues my car had. I usually get this extra service at the dealer and was more than happy Nerger's Auto is now looking at all my potential car issues. Unlike the dealer I really appreciated that they did not pressure me to fix them all now!
