WOW! I am far from a car expert and it was refreshing to have someone take the time to fully explain every detail with me line by line. The vehicle inspection provided was something that I have never seen anywhere else and was ridiculously thorough and detailed. The entire staff that I interacted with was always friendly and professional and made me feel like MY interests were a priority and not their bottom line. I will definitely recommend friends and family here for their car repair needs.

I went in to get one of my rims looked at for a possible repair or replacement depending on what the severity of the issue wound up being and made an appointment unsure of what the outcome would be. A few days after dropping the wheel off to get looked at I got a call that the work was all done and ready for pickup. I was very surprised that they went ahead and did work without confirming a price to me or explaining to me what work would be done before actually performing. While the work seems to be of good quality, I would have appreciated having been quoted a price and confirming with them that I would like them to do work for whatever they charge, especially since I didn't know if I was getting a repair or full-on replacement, rather than giving them the wheel to look at and getting surprised by the bill when I picked the wheel up.
