After speaking to Brian I knew this place was a good fit. He spent the time educating me on what I was looking for and guiding me in the right direction with the necessary course of action. It’s common for a place to push unnecessary things on you and that was not the case here. Fair prices, great customer service and proper guidance. The parts needed came in early, they fit me in before the scheduled timeframe and stayed after closing hours to make sure the job was completed. Nerger's Is extremely welcoming and accommodating towards customers. I flew in from Nevada and they where more than helpful guiding me to Bound Brook as I made my car purchase. Ernie, the Sales Manager even dropped me off at the train station! Mr.Nerger and Ernie were Rockstars keeping in contact with me until my car was delivered. While I haven't used the Auto Repair part of this business. The car they sold me was in tip top shape. I highly recommend you go here for car purchases or repairs.😁👍

My name is Cyndi and this was the easiest experience I have had with my car repair EVER! The initial conversation I had made me feel at ease with trusting my vehicle with Nerger's. I had tried a few shops that did not work out. I was recommended by a friend and felt secure with Nerfer's. I was surprised by the detailed report on my vehicle and constant communication about the repairs with Brian. They did excellent work and were professional with all interactions. My suv no longer leaks and we can be back on the road. My son even made a friend at the shop name Zoey! Thank you!!!

The first time I took my car here for a radiator problem I drove to work the next day and it started smoking. I had to pull over in some business alley way wait for a tow truck and a rental. They told they would fix it for free which is weird because they never fixed it in the first place. I just paid for inconvenience.

Buying a used car can be scary,because you don’t know the true condition of the car. But when it comes to Nergers Auto, you don’t have nothing to worry about because you will get best out of the best. Customer service excellent.Everyone of them is so professional in what they do. The sales Manager Mr Ernie is Man of his words. Very honest and he’s ready to work with you no matter your circumstances.I recently got my 2010 Corolla from Nergers auto and is running smoothly. My overall experience was great 👍. My next car will be from here if you have what I want at the time.
