I typically don't write reviews, but this completely erked me with owner Brian. I find there work to be impeccable, but God forbid if there is an issue with paying for repairs. So here is the background, got a care credit card based on the recommendation from Brian the card had over 700 dollars available but for whatever reason synchrony bank was holding funds that had already posted to my card but didn't want to release the hold. This has nothing to do with Nergers, but it also wasn't my fault, with myself and husband spending thousands of dollars at this spot never having issues paying for repairs you would think that Brian would be able to accommodate. I even left them my damn card to run once the hold was released. I'm not a person to get over nor not trying to pay for repairs. To even recommend my husband here and then have to be treated like we are some blow hard off the streets completely pissed me off. As a side note Evan and Brian's wife are amazing people to work with, unfortunately I will be taking my business elsewhere. Also Brian make sure you dont talk about your employees to freaking customers completely unprofessional. To Add he could have said give me half at least he would have partial payment until the damn bank cleared the hold, but this wasn't even an option. This is not how you hold on to good customers. Trust me I've posted a review on the damn bank as well.
Tamar, I know you left here very upset. My wife and Evan are also very upset and that you said you will not come back here anymore. I'm sorry but I just was not in a situation today to loan out $413.71 until next week. I know you mentioned that you were very happy with the work we do for you and we appreciate you feel that way. I know how upset you were but I really hope that you change your mind and come back to us in the future. Once again I am sorry Tamar. Brian Nerger
