Brian, Michelle & their team are so incredibly nice and professional. They are more than you can ask of your mechanic...and then some. They fixed my truck on short notice and stayed a few minutes late to wrap it up and get me back on the road. You Guys Rock!!! Please don't ever change or sell! The community is a better place with people like the Nergers.

I have been going to Nerger’s Auto Express for one year now and every visit has been very good experience. In fact, they have exceeded my expectations every time. They have serviced my car from a flat tire to a normal oil change and everything in between. I especially love their pick-up and drop-off service. I work in Bridgewater so they pick up my car and drop it off before 4pm (in time for me to pick up my kids). If they can’t pick up my car they will drop me off and pick me up (once my car is finish), which I don’t mind because I enjoy my conversation with Brian’s dad! All in all, Nerger’s Auto Express is a family run business and they make me feel like I matter and that I am not just another number (if that makes any sense). -Tina-

My husbands car was in dire need of repairs, mainly suspension and leaks from various areas under the hood. All the issues were addressed professionally and repaired. Brian is very helpful and we trust him with our cars again. We bought a car from there and we are thrilled how well they took care of my concerns, checked it over and performed maintenance, so I could drive it home later that day. I will bring it back when it is time to do regular maintenance and if there are repairs needed, I know I can trust that we are happy :-)

Simply Put.. this company, treats you like Family. They Truly care and WANT to help you. Not "take you for a ride". This auto shop cares. there are many repair shops to go to, But none go out of there way to help you. to make sure your car/truck is CORRECTLY repaired.. I cant emphasize this fact enough! if your in need of a good repair shop.. go elsewhere.. IF your in need of a GREAT repair shop.. this Nergers Auto is the ONLY place to go.... I do.. and I don't go anywhere else... nore do I TRUST anyone else to work on my Truck! -FACT Brian aka: DJ Brian

Very expensive..rip off. Took advantage of the situation

I typically don't write reviews, but this completely erked me with owner Brian. I find there work to be impeccable, but God forbid if there is an issue with paying for repairs. So here is the background, got a care credit card based on the recommendation from Brian the card had over 700 dollars available but for whatever reason synchrony bank was holding funds that had already posted to my card but didn't want to release the hold. This has nothing to do with Nergers, but it also wasn't my fault, with myself and husband spending thousands of dollars at this spot never having issues paying for repairs you would think that Brian would be able to accommodate. I even left them my damn card to run once the hold was released. I'm not a person to get over nor not trying to pay for repairs. To even recommend my husband here and then have to be treated like we are some blow hard off the streets completely pissed me off. As a side note Evan and Brian's wife are amazing people to work with, unfortunately I will be taking my business elsewhere. Also Brian make sure you dont talk about your employees to freaking customers completely unprofessional. To Add he could have said give me half at least he would have partial payment until the damn bank cleared the hold, but this wasn't even an option. This is not how you hold on to good customers. Trust me I've posted a review on the damn bank as well.

Tamar, I know you left here very upset. My wife and Evan are also very upset and that you said you will not come back here anymore. I'm sorry but I just was not in a situation today to loan out $413.71 until next week. I know you mentioned that you were very happy with the work we do for you and we appreciate you feel that way. AMAZING SERVICE! I've been to several auto shops thru the years and 99% of the time feel taken advantage of as a woman or talked down to. I wasn't expecting much difference until I called Nerger....off the back I could tell they were cut from a different cloth. When I finally made it into the office my instints were confirmed: They are extremely polite; tended to me like I was the most valued customer and called multiple times to keep me abreast of what they found/what they proposed. I never felt like they were trying to up-sell me, in fact they told me the least expensive/most effective ways. Simply put: NERGER IS THE BEST!! Ethan (clerk in main office), Brian (shop owner) and Jose (auto mechanic) provided amazing service...service that has convinced me my car will never go to another shop but theirs! (They gave me a Refer-A-Friend card: Friend gets money off their service; I get a pair of movie tickets....who does that?!...yes, I'm totally sold!)
