Our car always gets a safety check when we bring it in for routine services so problems are usually found before the car is stuck somewhere. We can trust Nerger's Auto Care to do a good job and to explain what they did and why. We get online reminders of services needed. I have always been offered a ride home though I have rarely needed one.

Customer service is a focal point of Nerger's business, and they treat you like family. I appreciate that you can drop off your car in the morning, and they transport you to your job and pick you up when your car is ready in their own vehicle, not yours.

I have been going to Nerger's Auto for 5 years now and I am always amazed with the service from their team. They are always so communicative about what my car needs and they always treat me like family! I can't imagine taking my car anywhere else.

I went to get an oil change at a Valvoline on Parsonage Rd in Edison, NJ. I was due for a tire rotation, and the man working on it, Chuck, told me that parts of my tire and hub were damaged and needed to be replaced immediately for safety concerns. Chuck referred me to Nerger's Auto Care. I called to make an appointment to drop my car off at the shop. I was greeted warmly and had a discussion with the owner, Brian Nerger, regarding what was wrong with my vehicle. He spoke very kindly and in terms that I could understand since I myself am not very familiar with cars nor their parts lol. Brian then told me he would do a safety check on my car to see how it is running and if there were any other issues with it. After leaving the shop, I received a call from Brian asking if I had noticed a loud screeching sound coming from my car, which I did, but assumed it was related to the tire that needed fixing. Turned out there were more issues with other tires as well. He told me the great safety risks regarding these issues and the importance of getting them fixed and then politely asked me if I would like to get the work done. Before doing the work, Brian listed the amount the parts and the labor required to do the work would be and he double checked with me to make sure I was still on board with everything. He gave a reasonable price and my car now drives like the first day I bought it! Great work, great people, great experience!
